Important Notes:
Before traveling: When booking flight tickets, you must inform us of the reservation details at least four working days before travel. - The Egyptian authorities notify the airline station manager at the departure airport of a clearance to travel.
While traveling at the airport: - The customer must keep the printed security clearance and the flight telegram and be at the airport four hours before the flight’s departure time. If the customer faces any problems during the check in process, he has to ask for the station manager. If the client misses the scheduled flight time, a new security approval will be issued with new fees.
Upon arrival at the airport in Egypt: - Please go directly to the passport officer and stamp your passport. Security procedures at the airport upon arrival takes about two hours or less.
Payments: The customer has to pay the fees for obtaining the security clearance in U.S. Dollars when starting the procedures for obtaining the approval, in cash at the company’s headquarter in Cairo, or by a bank transfer to the company’s account, or through our secured online payment (Visa - MasterCard).
