Ukraine Visa

Ukraine is a country in Eastern Europe and the second-largest country in Europe after Russia, which borders it to the east and northeast. Ukraine also borders Belarus to the north; Poland and Slovakia to the west; Hungary, Romania and Moldova to the southwest; and the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov to the south and southeast. The city of Kyiv is the capital and largest city; Ukrainian is the official language; the Ukrainian Hryvnia is the national currency.

1- Passport:

– Passport has to be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the requested visa.

– Passport has to have at least two blank pages.

– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.

– A photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas.

– A photocopy of the previous passports and visas.

2- Application Form & Instructions:  A completed visa application form printed and signed by the applicant.

3- Biometric Photo:

– One recent biometric photo.

– White background.

– Not digitally modified.

– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.

4- Travel Insurance:

– A valid travel insurance for Ukraine covering the whole trip and with a minimum of 14 days.

–  The minimum coverage of the insurance policy is 30000 Euros.

– The insurance policy shouldn’t have any restrictions or exclusions of treatments.

– If you hold a travel insurance sticker on your passport, print it from here before the visa application date.

5- Accommodation:

– A confirmed prepaid hotel reservation with a payment receipt stamped by the hotel.

6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.

7- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

8- Proof of Social Roots in Egypt:

– An official copy of the family register if married or single registry if not married.

– If the applicant is a widow, an official copy of the death certificate of the husband / wife.

9- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:

– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.

– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.

– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.

–  An official bank statement covering the last three months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.

10- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.

11- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to Ukrainian or English.

12- Personal Interview: No

13- Processing Time: 15 working days.

14- Visa Fees: 65 USD (for adults – paid in USD) and free of charge for children up to 06 years old + 3000 EGP application handling fees of VFS.Global according to the instructions of the Ukrainian embassy. It also includes the handling fees of Ta2shira.com, excluding any extra services or translation of documents.

–  An official invitation letter from a Ukrainian company on its letter head, signed and stamped and includes the company contact details, type of business, name and title of the signatory. The letter has to clarify who is covering the applicant’s travel costs.

6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.

7- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

8- Proof of Social Roots in Egypt:

– An official copy of the family register if married or single registry if not married.

– If the applicant is a widow, an official copy of the death certificate of the husband / wife.

9- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:

– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.

– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.

–  An official bank statement covering the last three months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.

10- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to Ukrainian or English.

If the invitee will cover the travel and accommodation costs, he has to attach a proof of income, or the last three salary payment slips.
