Morocco Visa

The Kingdom of Morocco, mountainous Arab country of western North Africa that lies directly across the Strait of Gibraltar from Spain. Morocco borders Algeria to the east and southeast, Western Sahara to the south, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, and the Mediterranean Sea to the north. Two small Spanish enclaves, Ceuta and Melilla, are situated on the country’s northern coast. The city of Rabat is the capital; Arabic is the official language; the Moroccan Dirham is the national currency.

 

The Kingdom of Morocco allows Egyptian passport holders to apply for an electronic entry visa if they have a valid entry visa to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Ireland, Japan, Schengen, Norway, United Kingdom, or USA and providing the following

 

– A photocopy of a valid passport for six months.

– Have a confirmed round trip air ticket.

– A confirmed hotel reservation or a photocopy of the national ID of the inviting person in Morocco.

– An official bank statement for the last three months (current or savings account).

– A photocopy of a valid entry visa to any of the countries mentioned above.

 

Visa Types and Fees

 

Type A (normal visa):

Visa validity: 180 days – single entry.

Stay period:  30 days.

Visa fees: 1080 MAD.

Processing Time: 03 working days.

 

Type B (fast visa):

Visa validity: 180 days – single entry.

Stay period:  30 days.

Visa fees: 1423 MAD.

Processing Time: 01 working day.

 

  • Visa fees to be paid in Egyptian Pounds according to the official exchange rate on the day of the application.

1- Passport:

– Passport has to be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the requested visa.

– Passport has to have at least two blank pages.

– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.

– A photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas.

– A photocopy of the previous passports and visas.

2- Application Form & Instructions:  A completed visa application form printed and signed by the applicant.

3- Biometric Photo:

– One recent biometric photo.

– White background.

– Not digitally modified.

– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.

4- Travel Insurance:

– A valid travel insurance.

– If you hold a travel insurance sticker on your passport, print it from here before the visa application date.

5- Accommodation:

– A confirmed hotel reservation.

6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.

7- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

8- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:

– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.

– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.

– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.

–  An official bank statement covering the last six months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.

9- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.

10- Translation of Documents: Any documents have to be in Arabic or English or French.

11- Personal Interview: No

12- Processing Time: 05 working days.

13- Visa Fees: 565 MAD (single entry – less than three months) or 635 MAD (two entries – less than three months).

 

  • Visa fees to be paid in Egyptian Pounds according to the official exchange rate on the day of the application.

–  An official invitation letter from a Moroccan company on its letter head, signed and stamped and includes the company contact details, type of business, name and title of the signatory. The letter has to clarify who is covering the applicant’s travel costs.

6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.

7- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

8- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:
