The Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) is a country in West Asia. It borders Turkey to the northwest, Iraq to the west, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Caspian Sea, and Turkmenistan to the north, Afghanistan to the east, Pakistan to the southeast, the Gulf of Oman and the Arab Gulf to the south. The Islamic Republic of Iran allows Egyptian passport holders to get an entry visa on arrival if they
– Hold a valid passport for at least six months.
– Passport has at least one blank page.
– Arrival to Iran is from Egypt.
Visa Validity: 90 days – single entry.
Stay Period: 20 days.
Visa Fees: free of charge.
- Egyptian travelers to Iran between 18 – 45 years old without a profession in passport must get a security approval from the Egyptian Immigration Authority two weeks before the travel date.
