Chile Visa
The Republic of Chile is a country in western South America. It is the southernmost country in the world and the closest to Antarctica, stretching along a narrow strip of land between the Andes Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. It shares borders with Peru to the north, Bolivia to the northeast, Argentina to the east, and the Drake Passage to the south. The city of Santiago is the capital and largest city; Spanish is the official language; Chilean Peso is the national currency.
1- Passport:
– Passport has to be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the requested visa.
– Passport has to have at least two blank pages.
– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.
– A photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas (U.S., Schengen, UK, or Canada).
– A photocopy of the previous passports and visas.
2- Application Form & Instructions: A completed visa application form printed and signed by the applicant.
3- Biometric Photo:
– One recent biometric photo.
– White background.
– Not digitally modified.
– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.
4- Accommodation:
– A confirmed hotel reservation.
5- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.
6- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:
– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.
– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.
– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.
– An official bank statement covering the last six months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.
7- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.
8- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to Spanish or English.
9- Personal Interview: Yes.
10- Processing Time: 07 working days.
11- Visa Fees: 60 USD (single entry) – 88 USD (multiple entry).
