– Passport has to be valid for at least three months after the expiry of the requested visa.

4- Travel Insurance:
– A valid travel insurance for Bosnia & Herzegovina covering the whole trip period.

5- Accommodation:
– A confirmed hotel reservation signed and stamped by the hotel and full hotel payment receipt.
6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.
7- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:
– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.
– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.
– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.
– An official bank statement covering the last three months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.
8- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.
9- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to Bosnian or English.
10- Personal Interview: Scheduled by the embassy after the reviewing the application file.
11- Processing Time: 30 – 45 working days.
12- Application Time: Minimum 60 days prior to the departure date and maximum 90 days.
13- Visa Fees: 1500 EGP upon starting the visa application process and 60 Euro after the visa appointment.
