Belarus Visa

The Republic of Belarus is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe. It is bordered by Russia to the east and northeast, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest. The city of Minsk is the capital and largest city; Belarusian is the official language; and the Belarusian Ruble is the national currency.

1- Passport:

– Passport has to be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the requested visa.

– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.

– Has at least two blank pages and full photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas.

2- Application Form & Instructions:  A complete printed visa application form signed by the applicant.

3- Biometric Photo:

– One recent biometric photo.

– White background.

– Not digitally modified.

– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.

4- Travel Insurance:

– A valid travel insurance.

– If you hold a travel insurance sticker on your passport, print it from here before the visa application date.

5- Accommodation:

– A valid hotel reservation.

– A legal invitation letter from Belarus (Ta2shira.com can provide it for an extra fee).

6- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.

7- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

8- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:

– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.

– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.

– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.

– An official bank statement for the last six months (current account or savings).

9- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.

10- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to English or Belarusian.

11- Personal Interview: yes.

12- Processing Time: 05 working days.

13- Visa Fees: 220 Euro excluding the invitation letter fees if required.

It should include the applicant details, company nature of business, travel dates, title and contact details of the signatory. It should also clarify who is covering the travel expenses. The invitation letter has to be mailed directly from Belarus to the embassy in Cairo.
