The Republic of Djibouti is a country in the Horn of Africa, bordered by Somalia to the south, Ethiopia to the southwest, Eritrea in the north, and the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden to the east. The city of Djibouti is the capital; French and Arabic are the official languages; Djiboutian Franc is the national currency.
The Republic of Djibouti allows Egyptian passport holders to apply for an electronic entry visa if they provide the following
– A photocopy of a valid passport for at least six months.
– A recent biometric photo, white background, not digitally modified.
– Have a confirmed round trip air ticket.
– A confirmed hotel reservation or a photocopy of the national ID of the inviting person in Djibouti.

Visa Types and Fees
Type A:
Visa validity: 14 days – single entry.
Stay period: 14 days.
Visa fees: 45 USD.
Type B:
Visa validity: 15 days to 90 days – multiple entry.
Stay period: 15 days to 90 days.
Visa fees: 55 USD.
- Visa fees to be paid in Egyptian Pounds according to the official exchange rate on the day of the application.
