Azerbaijan Visa
The Republic of Azerbaijan is a transcontinental and landlocked country at the boundary of Eastern Europe and West Asia. It is part of the South Caucasus region and bordered by the Caspian Sea to the east, Russia’s republic of Dagestan to the north, Georgia to the northwest, Armenia and Turkey to the west, and Iran to the south. The city of Baku is the capital, Azerbaijani is the official language, and the Azerbaijani Manat is the national currency.
1- Passport:
– Passport has to be valid for at least three months after the expiry of the requested visa.
– Passport has to have at least two blank pages.
– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.
– A photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas.
– A photocopy of the previous passports and visas.
2- Application Form & Instructions: A completed online visa application form printed and signed by the applicant.
3- Biometric Photo:
– Two recent biometric photos.
– White background.
– Not digitally modified.
– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.
4- Travel Insurance:
– A valid travel insurance.
– If you hold a travel insurance sticker on your passport, print it from here before the visa application date.
6- Accommodation:
– A confirmed hotel reservation.
7- Flight: A round-trip flight reservation.
8- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.
9- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:
– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.
– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.
– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.
– An official bank statement covering the last six months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.
10- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.
11- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to English.
12- Personal Interview: No
13- Processing Time: 15 working days.
14- Visa Fees: 40 USD (valid f0r 90 days – single entry) or 380 USD (valid for 02 years – multiple entry).
