Congo Visa

The Republic of Congo, also known as Congo-Brazzaville, or simply Congo, is a country located on the western coast of Central Africa to the west of the Congo River. It is bordered to the west by Gabon, to the northwest by Cameroon, to the northeast by the Central African Republic, to the southeast by the Democratic Republic of Congo, to the south by the Angolan exclave of Cabinda, and to the southwest by the Atlantic Ocean. The city of Brazzaville is the capital; French is the official language; The Congolese Franc is the national currency.

1- Passport:

– Passport has to be valid for at least six months after the expiry of the requested visa.

– Passport has to have at least two blank pages.

– Passport has to be signed before the visa application.

– A photocopy of the biometric page, third page, and all previous visas.

2- Application Form & Instructions:  A completed visa application form printed and signed by the applicant.

3- Biometric Photo:

– One recent biometric photo.

– White background.

– Not digitally modified.

– Don’t staple or glue the photo to the application form.

4- Accommodation:

– A confirmed hotel reservation or

– A personal certified invitation letter from a friend that includes the applicant’s full name, date of birth, gender, full name of the invitee, trip dates, copy of the invitee’s passport or ID or residency permit, and proof of income if the invitee is the covering the travel costs.

5- Flight: A confirmed round-trip flight reservation.

6- Itinerary: Include information about your travel plans and purpose of stay.

7- Proof of Economic Roots in Egypt:

– Official letter from the current employer indicating the applicant’s name, position, salary, date of employment, social insurance number, dates of travel, company address, telephone numbers, email, name and title of the signatory.

– For business owners: Attach a copy of a valid commercial register, a valid tax card, and an official stamped bank statement of the company.

– For students: Attach a valid school certificate or proof of university graduation.

–  An official bank statement covering the last six months (current or savings account) or a proof of ownership of assets.

8- Minors: If a minor is travelling alone, a certified parental approval and photocopies of parents’ passports and the minor’s birth certificate.

9- Translation of Documents: Any documents issued in Arabic have to be translated to French.

10- Personal Interview: No
